Function
This enzyme utilizes an inverting mechanism of hydrolysis, releasing beta-L-rhamnose. Substrates include naringin, rutin, quercitrin, hesperidin, dioscin, terpenyl glycosides and many other natural glycosides containing terminal alpha-L-rhamnose.
